Nc l 80 ports.
Well build this image and tag it as exposed ports.
However when i run the same command again this time with port mappings eg p 8080 when i perform a docker ps the listing does not show any mapped port and im not able to access the container on port 80 using any of the hosts interfaces localhost ethernet or virtual switch.

With ubuntu 1604 and docker version 1709 this solution breaks outbound connection from the containers.
Port binding does not work for locahost 458.
